A former Community Bank is re-strategizing and re-defining its focus as a result of its recent converted into Microfinance Bank. Therefore, it needs a Head of Departments/Divisions to help achieve its new set of goals.

The departments where vacancies exist are:
Treasury and finance services
Micro finance
Corporate and commercial banking
Risk management and control
Internal audit and inspection
Legal and secretarial
Corporate services
Human resources/training
Financial control
Business development

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates for Headship of each of the above divisions/departments must be graduates with first degree.
A minimum of 10 years experience and professional or post graduate qualification in a well established financial institution.
Must possess good commercial acumen
Strong computer skills
Proficiency in writing and oral communication
Good references and evidence of good tracking record
