Business Development Officers
Key Objective:
Required to develop new businesses and manage existing ones What you will need to succeed:
Minimum of B.A, BSc. or HND degree in ComputerScience,Electronics/ Electrical Engineering, Marketing or Business Studies.
MBA will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in technical sales, one of which must have been in the telecommunications industry.
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
A good team player able to manage multi tasks and work with minimum supervision.
Good presentation and reporting skills
Enterprise Sales Engineer
Key objective:
The Enterprise Sales Engineer will help reinforce SWIFT's market position (revenue, market share and brand strength) in the Enterprise segment of the Nigerian telecommunications market by providing support to an Enterprise Business Development team focused on sales, deployment, integration, new product development and customer care. He/She will assist in the development of accurate, competitive and timely proposals with the objective of achieving annual orders, sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
Scope of job has component elements from the Data (VPN), to Internet, Voice, and Video surveillance services.
What You Will Be Doing
Conduct market sizing, research, intelligence and analysis Meet or exceed established market share and sales targets for assigned account base
Respond in market as subject matter expert on enterprise subscriber requirements
Drive with both the enterprise sales and engineering teams on general pre-sales support, service integration, point by point response and post-implementation Service Level performance indicators
Develop principal contacts at designated key accounts
Manage complaints and escalations
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports
What You'll Need to Succeed
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, another related technical degree or related technical sales experience.
Business management experience with ability to understand top and bottom-line business issues and impacts Excellent sales, communication, presentation and listening skills
Computer literacy
2 or more years of technical selling experience preferably within the telecommunications industry
Must be a team player with strong initiative to learn the latest in technology
Network Technologists
Key Objective:
To lead network installation teams that install, maintain and support company and subscriber installations.
What you need to succeed:
HND certificate in Engineering or Computer Science.
Demonstrable competence in the use of computers to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Comfortable with the use of hands to solve problems. Able to climb, drill holes and terminate cables.
Excellent troubleshooting and interpersonal skills
Team leadership ability and high level of commitment
Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
Not more than 26 years old
Riggers / Technicians
Key Objective:
To install and maintain network elements at company and subscriber locations.
What you will need to succeed:
Senior Secondary School certificate with at least 5 credits. Other technical certificates or qualifications obtained from recognized institutions and bodies will be an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years proven relevant experience obtained in the ICT industry as a Rigger.
Computer literate
Good interpersonal skills
A good team player, able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
Not more than 26 years old.
Special requirement:
